By accessing and using the EduAdmin School Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system. As an administrator, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the portal only for official educational management purposes and to ensure that all data entered (student records, staff details, finance) is accurate and legally compliant with local educational regulations.

EduAdmin provides a localized database structure. You retain ownership of the data entered into the system. However, you are responsible for regular backups and ensuring that sensitive student information is handled with the highest level of professional ethics and security.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass security measures, reverse-engineering the portal architecture, or using the system to distribute unauthorized or harmful content. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

EduAdmin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and data security, the institution is responsible for verifying all financial and academic records before final official issuance.
