Test Portal

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the EduAdmin Test Portal and your registration for any entrance test or assessment scheduled through it.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Registration Accuracy

By registering for a test, you confirm that all personal details (name, contact information, class/grade applied for) are accurate and match your official identification documents. Discrepancies may result in disqualification from the test or invalidation of your result.

2. Test Scheduling

Test dates, times, and venues (or online proctoring links, where applicable) are assigned by the institution and communicated through the portal or registered contact details. It is the candidate's responsibility to check for updates and arrive or log in on time.

3. Identification Requirements

Candidates must carry valid, original photo identification to any in-person test, or be prepared to verify identity through the required method for an online test. Candidates without valid ID may be denied entry without a refund.

4. Conduct During the Test

Any form of malpractice, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or use of prohibited materials/devices during the test will result in immediate disqualification and may bar the candidate from future registration.

5. Test Fees

Test registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where a test is cancelled or rescheduled by the institution itself, in which case the institution's published policy for that scenario will apply.

6. Results & Scoring

Results are released through the portal or official communication channels within the timeframe announced by the institution. Scoring methodology and any negative marking rules are as published in the test's information sheet, and decisions on scoring are final.

7. Rescheduling & Absence

Requests to reschedule a test must be submitted in advance through the portal and are granted at the institution's discretion. Failure to appear for a scheduled test without prior approved rescheduling is treated as a forfeited attempt.

8. Data Use

Information collected during registration is used solely to administer the test, verify identity, and communicate results, and is handled in accordance with the institution's data protection practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

The institution may update these terms, test patterns, or fee structures between testing cycles. The terms in effect at the time of your registration apply to that registration.
