Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the EduAdmin Scholarship Portal and any scholarship application you submit through it.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Eligibility

Scholarship applications are open only to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria published for each scholarship category (e.g. academic merit, financial need, sports, or minority quota). Submitting an application does not guarantee that you meet eligibility — this is verified during review.

2. Accuracy of Information & Supporting Evidence

All information and supporting documents (e.g. income certificates, academic records, recommendation letters) submitted must be genuine and accurate. Any false statement, forged document, or material omission discovered at any stage will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Selection Process

Scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of the scholarship committee, based on the published criteria and available funding for that cycle. The committee's decision is final and not subject to appeal unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. One Application Per Cycle

Each applicant may submit only one scholarship application per cycle unless otherwise specified. Duplicate or multiple applications for the same cycle may be disqualified.

5. Award Conditions

If awarded, a scholarship may be subject to conditions such as maintaining a minimum academic standing, continued enrollment, or periodic re-verification of eligibility. Failure to meet ongoing conditions may result in withdrawal of the award.

6. Fund Disbursement

Disbursement timelines, methods (e.g. fee waiver, direct transfer), and any applicable taxes or processing requirements will be communicated separately upon approval and are subject to the institution's financial policies.

7. Withdrawal or Misuse

The institution reserves the right to withdraw an awarded scholarship at any time if it is later found that the recipient provided false information, violated institutional conduct policies, or misused awarded funds.

8. Data Use

Personal and financial information submitted for scholarship evaluation is used solely for assessing eligibility and is handled in accordance with the institution's data protection practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

The institution may revise scholarship terms, criteria, or available categories between cycles. The terms in effect at the time of your application apply to that application.
