Staff Conduct & Terms

Upholding professional standards in educational administration.

1. Professional Ethics

EduAdmin Staff must use the portal solely for legitimate academic and administrative purposes. You are expected to maintain professional decorum while marking attendance, grading students, or responding to administrative notices. Accuracy in student record management is mandatory.

2. Confidentiality Agreement

Staff members have access to sensitive student data and institutional documents. You agree not to disclose, share, or download these records for any purpose outside your designated faculty duties. Compromising student privacy is a violation of your employment contract.

3. Data Entry Standards

All data entered into the portal (attendance, grades, class assignments) must be verified for accuracy. Intentional falsification of institutional records is grounds for immediate termination and disciplinary action by the school board.

4. Classroom Management Tools

The tools provided (Timetable, Exam Papers, Attendance Lists) are institutional property. They should be utilized to enhance pedagogical efficiency. Staff are encouraged to report any technical glitches to the IT administrator promptly.

5. Account Responsibility

You are the sole custodian of your Staff ID and password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the Super Administrator immediately to reset your credentials.
